Daymond M. Milam

Consultant

Daymond M. Milam received his Master of Business Administration from Winston-Salem State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from N.C. A&T State University. Milam has held positions ranging from Senior Accountant to Director of Finance for the triad’s premier healthcare facilities prior joining Solutions Accounting, Tax, & Consulting, LLC.

Milam’s primary responsibilities are advanced business planning, turnaround consulting, grant writing, cost analyses, proforma development, payroll processing, general business consulting, outsourced controllership, budgeting, management, and advanced income tax preparation. Helping nontraditional clients and those with special needs is the core of Solution’s market. Milam attributes the success of the organizations to its commitment to its clients and competitive pricing structure.

Matiullah Kohestani

Project Manager

Matiullah Kohestani is a project manger at Solutions. He currently lives in Greensboro, NC with his wife and 3 year old son.

His career has been characterized by both professional excellence and high quality work performance. He has worked in one of the most demanding technical environment with United States Army corps of engineers as project manger for several years. This environment presented unique, high-pressure, high visibility challenges that not only required skills, experience and integrity, but was also demanding in ways that required creativity, adaptability and flexibility.

He has a bachelor's degree in computer sciences and would like further studies. He enjoys traveling, watching football games and latest movies, picnicking with friends & listening to music. He has been fan of FC Barcelona football club since he was 10.

Matiullah enjoys working with SOLUTIONS and helping clients get their projects get done on time and with professionalism.

Chelsea Benton

Administrative Payroll Processor

Chelsea recently became a new partner of Solutions Accounting as the Administrative Payroll Processor. She's originally from Albemarle North Carolina but now resides in Concord North Carolina as of 2017. She graduated the year of 2011 and became a Certified Phlebotomist Technician and is looking forward to receiving her bachelor's in Social Work. She has an amazing four year old who she loves dearly and enjoys spending her weekends watching Criminal minds & CSI.

Chelsea says joining Solutions Accounting Team has been one of the most exciting experiences she has encountered. She says that she loves the work environment and that the Solutions Team is amazing. She enjoys helping and meeting new clients each and everyday and can't wait to see how far the team progresses in the future.
